Slovenian Ministry of Health commits to adopting National Child Safety Action Plan

The Ministry of Health in Slovenia has just announced its commitment to supporting and adopting a National Child Safety Action Plan to address the leading cause of death for children in their country. Dr. Mateja Rok-Simon of the National Institute of Public Health in Slovenia, said, "Child safety experts have come together to draft a plan based on the results and recommendations of the Slovenia Child Safety Report Cards and profile. We are excited to have the ministry commitment to this strategic approach."
